“Food for Thought” hosted by Stephan Kitar
You are a “Foodie” with a taste for fine wines…define a “foodie”…
A “foodie” has an adventurous spirit and an insatiable hunger for all things gourmet and would most likely experiment with new and possibly exotic foods and they tend to hone their skills in the kitchen. Foodies share knowledge rather than flaunt it. And that describes the host of Food for Thought, Stephan Kitar.
Stephan’s guests will be a litany of an eclectic ala carte menu featuring restauranteurs, sommeliers, chefs, wineries, and all things food and beverage. They’ll share their stories on the road to nourishing the palates and souls of their patrons.
“Wine adds a smile to friendships and a spark to love. It is the second blood of the human race”.
Stephan is rich in history on all things food and drink, especially prime meats like Frank Burgers, Wagyu Filets and exotic cuts. Contact Stephan at Sam’s Meat Warehouse in Florida, New York or visit their Facebook page at Facebook.com/SamsMeatWarehouse – OR call into the show at 845-986-7766 every Thursday between 11am- 12 noon or text in your questions and comments to the studio at 845-328-0886.

The Closing Argument with Paul Smith
The Closing Argument with Paul Smith is a weekly, hour-long national radio show that reports and comments on recent news events, court cases, and political developments that affect our freedoms and quality of life in America. The show reaches millions of Americans on AM/FM radio, including audiences in __ of the top 10 US markets, with an aggregate market Pop Count of __ MM potential listeners. Listeners enjoy Paul’s down-to-earth soundness in discussing events, people, court cases, and legislation that affect our Constitution, our economy, our environment, and our families. His audience loves his news summaries and commentary, and his discussion of facts, laws, and historical background of today’s current events.
Paul has the knack of asking the questions and making the points that lead to a deeper understanding of today’s major events and developments. Paul brings to the microphone 40 years of experience as a trial attorney, author, and speaker. Paul challenges some politically correct views that vie for dominance. His analysis exposes factual errors and faulty reasoning. He fearlessly and effectively takes on radical philosophies and proposals that challenge traditional values that have been the foundation of American life for two hundred years. We cannot be cowered into avoiding a discussion of the attack on the moral foundation of America. This program is dedicated to the proposition that the liberties we enjoy in American can be maintained only when its citizens are moral and informed participants in the democratic processes.
Paul is easy to listen to—the soundness of his reasoning, the explanations of facts and arguments that support his views, the pleasantness of his sense of humor, the power of his questions, and the energy of his presentation—all of this combines the make Paul’s discussion informative, interesting, and enjoyable.
